A dog was shot and seriously injured after a shooting in Bangor on Tuesday morning.

The Bangor Police Department responded to shots fired around 8:48 am on March Street.

Dog Shot and Taken to Area Vet for Medical Attention

Officers found a dog with a gunshot wound. The canine was transported to a local veterinary hospital for treatment.

No Suspects Reported to be Apprehended or Charged in the Shooting

No suspects were reported to be arrested or charged. No information about other injuries was released.
