Basilio Liranzo pleaded guilty to Murder and Arson. A Robbery charge was dismissed.
Body Found in Burned Down House
The charges stem from the death of Wayne Foss whose body was found by police in his burned-out home in 2017.
Fire Marshal’s Office
The Maine State Fire Marshal’s Office and multiple law enforcement agencies were involved in the investigation.

In 2023, Liranzo and two others were charged, Justin Matthews and Leanza Boney. They are awaiting sentencing.
