Drug agents responded to 1261 Roosevelt Trail after a Cumberland County Deputy discovered the lab Tuesday morning, according to Maine Dept. of Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland.

The Deputy was there to check on a probation violation against James Foss from Raymond and made the discovery. Foss was arrested for that violation and taken to the Cumberland County Jail. Last summer, Foss was arrested by MDEA on meth charges.

The MDEA  lab team dismantled the lab Tuesday afternoon. The owner of the garage had no knowledge of drug making activity. Foss was an employee there.

Drug agents will likely lodge additional meth related charges against Foss once they have analyzed what was seized.
