It was 2004 and Tim hit this one out of the park. Billboard named "Live Like You Were Dying" the #1 Country song of the year - and it was single and song of the year at the CMA Awards. The Granddaddy honor was the Grammy he won as Best Male Country Vocal Performance.

The lyrics touch home for many - about a father's illness and his love for his son to live life to it's fullest.
