With Daytona Speedweek less than three weeks away, Maine's Austin Theriault, the '17 ARCA champion, is still in a holding pattern as to what his 2018 racing plans will be.

The issue - money. Theriault is still trying to gather sponsorship help to drive in NASCAR's Truck Series or Xfinity Series. The Daytona truck race is February 16th and the Xfinity race is the 17th.

Theriault and Schrader know that after the dominating year in 2017, there was not much to be gained by Theriault going back to race in ARCA.
