Studded Snow Tires in Maine Already?

It's hard to believe, but winter is almost upon us, meaning snow is lurking around the corner. Are you ready?

I travel a lot and like to be safe on the road. So, I have always run studded snow tires on my car. I have driven without them before, and I'm just not a fan. It's a personal choice, I guess you could say.

The time has come where folks in Aroostook County start thinking about mounting their studded tires on their vehicle. I, for one, like to have it done early and not be stuck in a surprise snow storm somewhere along the road.
