Seven firearms were stolen October 7th from a home on White Road in Avondale, New Brunswick. The RCMP is looking for info on the break, enter & theft.

The suspect or suspects broke in to the residence sometime between 6:30 am and 11:30 am on October 7th and stole the firearms from a locked cabinet, said police.

The thieves also took ammunition and three guitars. The guitars were recovered on a trail near the Burnham Road in Florenceville.

The items include:

  • a .22-caliber Savage rifle
  • a .22- caliber semi-automatic rifle
  • a Browning X-Bolt .338 rifle
  • a .22-caliber single-shot rifle
  • a Stagecoach double-barrel shotgun
  • a Remington .12-gauge pump-action shotgun
  • a .12-gauge single-shot shotgun
