Sentier NB Bridge Remains Closed In Grand Falls

The Sentier NB Trail Bridge, which spans the Saint John River in Grand Falls, has been closed to the public.

The Department of Energy and Resource Development says the closure is due to structural concerns.

The DERD says the closure is necessary as a result of damage from the spring flood, while repair work is being planned.

The bridge is expected to be closed through the summer and fall.
