Planned Power Outages to Affect Caribou & Surrounding Areas

Electric customers with Emera Maine should take note that there will be a planned power outage affecting Caribou and several surrounding areas later this week.

Emera Maine crews are planning to conduct maintenance to the electrical system in New Sweden, Connor Township, Caribou, Woodland, Perham, Westmanland, T16R4 including Big and Little Madawaska Lakes, and Stockholm on Wednesday, August 6th at 3:00 A.M. for approximately 5 minutes.

Emera Maine encourages customers to stay clear of downed power lines and trees in contact with power lines.
