Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office Makes Arrest in Fatal Crash [PHOTOS]

On February 24, the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office investigated a fatal crash that occurred on the County Road in Milford.

Following a thorough investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigative Division, a warrant was obtained for Nicolas Spencer (22) of Greenfield.

Mr. Spencer turned himself in to Detective William Flagg on Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Spencer will make his first court appearance on Wednesday June 15, after being charged with Manslaughter and Aggravated OUI, said Sheriff Troy Morton of the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office.

Mr. Spencer’s brother Matthew Spencer (28) was killed as the result of the crash and a second passenger Samuel Ketch (29) of Milford was also injured.
