
Over 1 Pound of Drugs Seized and Man Arrested in Maine
A 26-year-old man was arrested and charged with aggravated drug trafficking after more than 1 pound of drugs seized in Portland.
Over 1 Pound of Drugs Seized
MDEA Agents and Portland Police arrested Abdirahmon A. Adbullahi and charged him with Aggravated Drug Trafficking and Drug Trafficking.
Traffic Stop as Part of Drug Case
He was pulled over Wednesday around 5 pm as part of an ongoing drug investigation.
Drugs Packaged for Resale
The MDEA said Adbullahi was “in possession of approximately 72 grams of fentanyl and 63 grams of cocaine base, packaged for resale.”
Arrested and $50,000 Cash Bail
He was taken to the Cumberland County Jail by Portland Police. Cash bail was set at $50,000.
Search Warrant
A search warrant was then executed at his residence on Elmwood Street.
1 Pound of Fentanyl Seized
Agents seized nearly one pound of fentanyl, more than a quarter pound of cocaine & crack, three firearms and $3000 in suspected drug proceeds. Drug processing & distribution items were also seized.
