
Man Arrested on 2 Counts of Aggravated Drug Trafficking in Maine
A 38-year-old man was arrested and charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking after narcotics were seized following a search warrant in Lewiston.
Two Counts of Aggravated Drug Trafficking
Sami-Luqman Muhammad is facing charges for Aggravated Drug Trafficking in Cocaine and Aggravated Drug Trafficking in MDMA.
Undercover Purchases
Undercover drug purchases were done with Muhammad as part of a three month investigation by the MDEA Task Force.
Search Warrants
Search warrants were executed Monday at a Webster Street residence and a Lisbon Street business called The Garden of Via.
Drugs and Cash Seized
Agents seized approximately 150 grams of cocaine and crack cocaine, 545 MDMA (Ecstasy) and $2,600 in suspected drug proceeds.

Bail Set at $20,000 Cash
Muhammad was arrested later during a traffic stop. He was taken to the Androscoggin County Jail with bail set at $20,000 cash.
