Eighty-seven-year old Vivian Buotte of Mexico, Maine is being treated at the Central Maine Maedical Center in Lewiston for hip injuries.

Buotte was with family members in the orchard picking apples when she was struck by a Subaru, driven by her daughter. The mishap took place Monday at the Berry Fruit Farm on Crash Road in Livermore, police say.
