TOPSHAM, Maine (AP) — Police say speed was a factor in a crash that killed a man in Topsham.
The Portland Press Herald reports that 22-year-old Nicholas Oram of Topsham died early Thursday morning when the pickup truck he was driving veered off a road and struck several trees. Police say Oram was not wearing a seat belt.
