Limitless Wrestling Holds Special Event at Maine Correctional Center
The Maine professional wrestling company recently partnered with the prison in Windham.

The event brought residents, staff and community partners together in a safe, respectful environment focused on healthy recreation and engagement.
Residents also had opportunities to take part in the program, including one who served as a guest announcer during a match.

Stephanie O’Reilly, restorative justice manager for the Maine Department of Corrections, said the event gave nearly 200 people a chance to come together in a safe and sober setting.
O’Reilly said the program supported the department’s mission by encouraging healthy relationships, positive community engagement, and personal growth.
Limitless Wrestling owner Randy Carver Jr. said the event gave the company a chance to bring a shared live entertainment experience to a community that rarely has access to it.
He said positive engagement can play a role in rehabilitation, while the Department of Corrections thanked Limitless Wrestling and others involved for their professionalism and partnership.
