The restaurant is reopening with a soft launch at its Hogan Road location in Bangor, following a three-month closure.

Following a Facebook post from Kobe Ninja House Japanese Grill on Thursday, September 25th, the restaurant announced it is looking to hire team members for open positions. With that update, we now have official word that the restaurant will be reopening.

A week later, on Thursday, October 2nd, Kobe shared another update on Facebook announcing their return.

They posted that after three months closed, they’re reopening with a soft launch on Friday, October 3rd, starting with hibachi only, with dining room service and takeout expected the following week.

The restaurant had been closed since late June after federal agents showed up and reportedly detained three people.
