Trooper Andrew Levesque responded to a crash on the New Sweden Road in the unorganized territory of T16-R4 just after 7 a.m.  At the time of the crash, it was raining and the road surface was covered with ice or frost, according to Sgt. Jeffrey Clark.

Police say 62-year-old Barbara Kelly of St. Francis was driving south on the New Sweden Road and was climbing a hill when she lost traction on the icy roadway. The SUV began skidding and hit a snow bank which caused it to roll over and end up on its side.

Sgt. Clark said Kelly was wearing her seat belt and was uninjured in the crash.
