Grandson Arrested after Stabbing Grandfather in the Neck in Maine
A 91-year-old grandfather was stabbed in the neck Tuesday by his 34-year-old grandson who fled the scene in Limington and was later arrested and charged with attempted murder.

The incident happened around 9:10 am at the home of Ronald McCarthy on July Street.
91-Year-Old Man Seriously Injured with Neck Wound
The Maine State Police said Troopers reported to the residence and found McCarthy suffering from a serious injury to his neck. He was taken to Limington Emergency Medical Services to Maine Medical Center.
Grandson Stabbed Grandfather and Fled
Police said McCarthy's grandson, Daniel MacIsaac, stabbed him and fled from the home.
Charged with Attempted Murder
MacIsaac was later located and apprehended without incident. He was taken to the York County Jail and is facing charges for attempted murder and violation of conditions of release, said WMTW News.
