Dana White is among the names recognized after helping turn the UFC from a once-fringe sport into a global business worth billions.

In 2025, the UFC secured a seven-year, $7.7 billion media rights deal with Paramount, and White is set to host one of the organization’s highest-profile events on June 14th on the South Lawn of the White House.

Before becoming one of the most recognizable figures in combat sports promotion, Dana White built a lasting connection to the Bangor area, where he spent his childhood summers.

A Hermon High School alumnus, White has continued to invest in local real estate, businesses, and community projects over the years.
