A 58-year-old man was arrested for the third time in a week in Brewer.

The Brewer Police Department said David Limacher was picking fights with customers outside a Wilson Street business on February 14.

Officers told him to leave the property and issued warnings. He refused and was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. He was later released from jail.
Man Apprehended at a Closed Business after Pizza Delivery
That same day, Limacher was arrested after “an off-duty employee received a phone call indicating a pizza was being delivered to the closed business, where no one should have been present,” according to Brewer PD.

Arrested a Second Time
Limacher was located at the business and was taken into custody for a second time. He was charged with criminal trespass and violation of conditional release. He was later released from jail.

Arrested a Third Time
Limacher was arrested a third time on February 19 after he was found sleeping in another business that was closed. He was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and violation of conditional release.
