Police are investigating after family members found an infant unresponsive in a crib in Bangor home.
Infant Found Unresponsive in Crib
First responders performed CPR when they arrived on the scene around 10 am Tuesday, said WGME News.
Body Transported to Maine Medical Examiner's Office
The infant died and the body was taken to the Maine Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
Infant Death under Investigation
The death is being investigated as standard protocol in an unattended death, said police. The family is cooperating with authorities.
