52-Year-Old Man Died Working at a Solar Farm in Maine
A 52-year-old man died Thursday morning while working at a solar farm on Surry Road in Surry.
Man Died from Medical Event
The Maine State Police said Edwin Kendall Jones from Washington, Maine “suffered a medical event while working at the site.”
Cause and Manner of Death
His body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Augusta. An autopsy will determine the cause and manner of death.
Ongoing Investigation
The investigation is ongoing. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration was notified.
