33-Year-Old Man Arrested for Stolen Chainsaws in Maine
Police seized four stolen chainsaws in Bradley on Thursday and arrested a 33-year-old man with a probation violation and receiving stolen property.
33-Year-Old Man Charged with a Felony in Maine
The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office said Daniel Bowling from Bradley was taken into custody on Cram Street during a probation search.
16-Year-Old Faces Charges
A 16-year-old male is also facing charges related to the investigation. No additional information was released.
Stolen Chainsaws Taken from Worksite
The four Stihl chainsaws are worth close to $4,000. The Sheriff's Office said “Deputies discovered that the chainsaws had been stolen from a pickup truck at a worksite down the road. The owners of the chainsaws did not know the chainsaws had been stolen before the deputies contacted them.”
Facing a Felony Charge
Bowling is charged with a probation violation and a felony for Receiving Stolen Property.
