According to the Missile Bases website, for a few hundred thousand dollars, you could be the proud owner of a decommissioned missile base.

The real estate listing for the property says it includes 17 acres of property surrounded by farmland.  The original well is usable and has a newer pump, and the fence around the main compound remains intact.  There is plenty of usable space on the surface including the old barracks building, which has been converted into a 3 bedroom apartment.  Additionally, the current owners built a small farmhouse at the site.

Then, there's the bunkers and silos themselves.  All told, there is over 10,000 square feet of usable underground space.

While this video is from a missile site outside Los Angeles, it should give you an idea as to what the place looks like.

The exact location is not given, but from the hints (near the Canadian border, Northern Maine), you can pretty much guess that it is (was) originally part of the old Loring AFB complex near Limestone.

And, while there is no specific price listed, the strange "price thermometer" on the side of the page seems to indicate that they are looking to get somewhere just north of $300,000 for the property.
