Winterville Man Charged with Theft by Deception
A 36-year-old Winterville man was arrested Sunday and charged with theft by deception after complaints from multiple Northern Aroostook County residents about not receiving homemade trailers they had purchased.
Aroostook County Sheriff Shawn Gillen said from June to December, 2019, individuals had paid a deposit to James Camp for a trailer and had not heard back from him or received the product that they had purchased.
