The episode lengths of the upcoming HBO original series have hit the internet, giving us an idea of how much of Derry we’ll be getting.

If you haven’t heard yet, a prequel to Stephen King’s IT (2017) and IT: Chapter Two (2019) is set to hit HBO and HBO Max starting at the end of October.

Set in Stephen King’s ‘IT’ universe, ‘IT: Welcome to Derry’ is an upcoming series inspired by King’s novel.

Expanding on the world filmmaker Andy Muschietti created in the 2017 and 2019 movies, the show sees Bill Skarsgård return as Pennywise, while the rest of the cast is brand-new, bringing fresh faces to the town of Derry, Maine.

Alleged episode runtimes for IT: Welcome to Derry have surfaced online, reportedly coming from insider account @Cryptic4KQual on X/Twitter.

Known for sharing film and television scoops with tens of thousands of followers, the user posted on October 3rd what are believed to be the lengths of the first five episodes.
