UMPI/Community Band Holds Spring Concert

The University of Maine at Presque Isle/Community Band spring concert will be held on Monday, April 25 at 7 p.m. in the Auditorium in Wieden Hall.

The concert will be conducted by Jon Simonoff.  A variety of music will be presented, including classic band literature, settings of choral music for concert band, marches, and contemporary works.

The Band is composed of local and traveling musicians from middle school age to retired music teachers.  This event is free and open to the public.
