Three Arrested with Large Amount of Cash after ATM Theft in Maine
Two men and one woman were arrested Thursday after stealing an ATM from inside a business in Wayne.
Three people Arrested for Theft of an ATM
The ATM was stolen from Tubby’s Ice Cream shop on Main Street and later located in a vacant lot in Livermore Falls.
Suspects Located with Large Amount of Money from ATM
Police identified the suspects inside a residence with a significant amount of the money from inside the ATM.

Two Men Charged with Theft
The Maine State Police arrested 47-year-old Joshua Souther from Livermore Falls, 44-year-old Jason Reckards also from Livermore Falls and 37-year-old Brittany Boivin from Jay.
Woman Charged with Obstruction and Release Conditions
Souther and Reckards are charged with theft. Boivin was charged with obstructing government administration and violation of conditional release.
Transported to County Jail
All three suspects were taken to the Androscoggin County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
