A Massachusetts man was part of a home invasion in York, Me. The homeowner was shot, and now the suspect has turned himself in.

According to the Lowell Sun, Nathaniel Rivera of Tyngsboro, Mass has turned himself in to York Superior Court. The 27 year old was wanted on felony charges related to a shooting in York, Maine.

Early Saturday morning, two men allegedly attempted to rob a York man inside his residence. The homeowner reported to York Police he had been shot multiple times during the invasion. Police said he suffered non-life-threatening gun shot wounds to his lower leg and foot.

According to the Lowell Sun, in addition to the two men allegedly robbing the residence, two women were also on the scene. The suspects stole the injured man's truck, which has since been recovered by police.
Rivera is being held in York County Jail until his bail hearing Wednesday in Springvale District Court.
