The Department of Health and Human Services said the restaurant at the Aroostook Centre Mall violated three critical and 14 non-critical violations on June 20.

Plumbing and Sewage Issues and Uncleanliness

The violations include problems with plumbing and sewage, cross contamination risks and uncleanliness, said WAGM News.

Second Inspection Violations

A second inspection on July 10 revealed five critical and six non-critical violations including plumbing issues and cleanliness.

Restaurant Required to Close

Ruby Tuesday is required to close by the State of Maine until the issues have been resolved.
