One Woman In Custody For Gun Heist; Two Men Being Sought
Maine, Massachusetts & ATF authorities are looking for two men in connection with a gun theft.
The Maine State Police Facebook described the events:
On March 13, Trooper Travis Doughty out of Troop A, took a report of a burglary at a residence in Lebanon. Investigation revealed six firearms, knives, jewelry, electronics and numerous other items were taken from the residence.
On March 14, 2019, the Massachusetts State Police had contact with a vehicle in Revere, in which one of the stolen guns from Lebanon was recovered. The Massachusetts State Police STOP Team (Special Tactical Operations Team) executed search warrants at homes in the greater Boston area which resulted in the recovery of two more of the stolen firearms from the Lebanon burglary.
The Maine State Police, Massachusetts State Police, and the ATF coordinated to issue arrest warrants for 21-year-old Isabella Lupis from Salem, Mass.; 29-year-old Gabriel Calderon of Lynn, Mass., and 35-year-old Paul Votano from Lynn, Mass.
Lupis was arrested March 19th and is being held on Fugitive from Justice charge in MA and will be extradited back to Maine, said officials.
The Massachusetts State Police are looking for Calderon and Votano. Authorities say more individuals could be charged.
