Old Orchard Beach Police seized a large amount of illegal drugs while serving a warrant on a Biddeford man.

Who Was Arrested?

Officials say they received an anonymous tip on July 25th that a man named Randy Monroe, 61, of Biddeford was living in a residence located at 17 Cliff Avenue in Old Orchard Beach. Monroe had several warrants out for his arrest, including for domestic violence assault, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, and probation revocation. OOB Police Officers confirmed that the suspect was at the address and attempted to serve the warrants, but Monroe initially refused to exit the building. Eventually, however, he was taken into custody and transported to the York County Jail, where he's being held without bail.
