Florida Man is Required to Register as a Sex Offender for Life
Christopher David Peet, 34, is on the sex offender registry in the State of Florida and is a lifetime registrant, which means he must report any changes in address, employment, and other information for as long as he lives. Peet's requirement to register as a sex offender stems from a 2014 conviction in New York for incest - 3rd degree. He also has a prior 2020 conviction for failure to register as a sex offender in Florida. A warrant was issued on January 9, 2025, from Pasco County, Florida for failure to register as a sex offender. He was taken into custody in Maine just three days later.
