Tara Culpovich Was the Subject of a Search Prior to This Arrest
A Penobscot County Sheriff's Deputy conducted the stop after learning that Culpovich was in a vehicle with Moreau who, according to her bail conditions, she was not supposed to have direct or indirect contact with. Those conditions followed a search warrant that had been executed at 32 Pine Street in Milford earlier that month.
Officials Seized Crack and Guns From the Trio
When the vehicle was stopped on the southbound side of I-95 in Milford, Culpovich initially gave a false identity to the Deputy. When they confirmed it was Culpovich and the driver was Dolhancryk, a search of the vehicle was conducted. Officials seized 3.1 ggw of suspected Crack Cocaine, a Glock 9mm handgun, a .22 revolver, Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun, and other items indicative of drug trafficking activities.
