Threatening with a Firearm
Sibole-Little “had potentially threatened an individual at a residence with a firearm” in October 2024, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Suspect Tossed Bag with Guns over Fence
Bath Police Officers and Deputies with the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office saw him go out the back door of the residence and toss a backpack over a fence into a bush.
Firearms Seized form Backpack
Sibole-Little was apprehended and the bag was located. Police seized two 9mm pistols and a .380 caliber pistol in the backpack.
Prior Convictions Included Aggravated Assault
Sibole-Little had prior convictions in 2016 for Robbery and Aggravated Assault. He was prohibited from possessing firearms.
