Maine Police Still Looking for Lebanon Man After a Domestic Violence Assault [PHOTO]
A 52-year-old Lebanon man is still missing since April 26th and the Maine State Police are looking for him for a domestic violence assault at his home.
His checkbook was found in a stream after a search Saturday near Champion Street by Game Wardens and police. The Strafford, NH Sheriff's brought in a blood hound to help. Troopers are concerned he may be in the area - or he could've been picked up by someone. Godfrey's pickup was found last week - the same vehicle he used to flee the scene, according to Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland
His whereabouts are uncertain without any use of his cell phone, financial accounts and he has not been back to work in Berwick, McCauseland said.
Anyone with information on Godfrey is asked to call Maine State Police in Gray at 657-3030.
