A Free Maine Festival for Your Dogs and Beer

The weather looks beautiful for the inaugural Barks n' Brews Festival in Lewiston, Maine hosted by The Greater Androscoggin Humane Society and Baxter Outdoors. It's a dog friendly event fill with activities celebrating our wonderful relationships with our 4-legged friends.

This free event will feature live music, face painting, a beer tent (why didn't I lead with that) where wristbands will be available for those 21-years-old and up, and food provided by L/A taco.

Details for Barks n' Brews Festival in Lewiston, Maine

This is the first year for the Barks n' Brews Festival for the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society. The event takes place from 11:30am until 4:30pm. It is a rain or shine event; however, the weather is currently forecasted to be sunny with a high of 80.

Live music will be provided by the Jody Boys, and the beer tent will be put on by Baxter Brewing Co.

The Barks n' Brews Festival will take place at the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society and Robin's Garden and Dog Park. Water bowls will be available for your canine friends and any cranky dogs will be asked to leave.

All proceeds will benefit the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society. The GAHS will also be open during the festival for adoptions. The following are vendors that will be on site for this fun-filled day for both dogs and their humans!
