
Lady Antebellum Say Thanks With Veterans Day Performance on ‘TODAY’
Lady Antebellum took the 'TODAY' stage Monday morning (Nov. 11) to give a big thank you to our veterans. The band gave energetic performances including their hit song 'Downtown' to a crowd full of veterans in NYC.
The outdoor stage was decorated for the holiday with an American flag posted behind Lady A and red, white and blue decorations throughout. To pay respects to those who have served our country, the group also sang 'The Star-Spangled Banner.'
Military veterans sang and danced in the crowd while Lady A delivered 'Downtown' from their 'Golden' album, which just fathered a deluxe edition. The trio then took to their Facebook page to say how much they enjoyed performing and to give thanks on Veterans Day:
