Hammerhead Attacks Kayak [VIDEO]

It's never over 'til it's over. Another shark incident - this time a hammerhead takes on a kayaker.

Kayaker, Mark McCracken - yes, his real name - battled this hammerhead for over 15 minutes.

He had this to say about the aggressive hammerhead in an interview with NBC News:

The shark followed me all the way into about three feet of water," McCracken said. "Even after I got out of my kayak and made it to the beach he was sitting right there…it was pretty creepy."

There was another recent hammerhead encounter - the shark circled a couple kayakers off the coast of La Jolla, California.

Pretty scary how the kayaks are so close to the water - and way too close to the shark. Both incidents involved fishing which can attract hammerheads.
