Get a Holiday Ride on the Polar Express in Presque Isle

Get ready to jump aboard the Polar Express for some good family fun!

Momentum Aroostook and Wintergreen Arts Center are proud to once again present The Polar Express, a fun family holiday event!

Tickets go on sale Monday, November 24th at Wintergreen Arts Center in Presque Isle from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Any unsold tickets will be available for purchase at Wintergreen during regular business hours.

With the purchase of a $7 golden ticket, each passenger will get a holiday ride on the "Polar Express" (otherwise known as the Presque Isle Historical Society’s Molly the Trolley), with a short ride around town, a visit to “the North Pole” (Wintergreen Arts Center) complete with hot cocoa, a cookie art project, songs with the elves, time with Santa, and a jingle bell to take home.

The Polar Express will take place on Friday, December 12th and Saturday, December 13th, 2014.

"Trains" will leave every 20 minutes from Gentile Hall at the University of Maine at Presque Isle.

These rides are intended for children ages 10 and under; all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Time of departure can be selected when purchasing tickets; no reservations will be accepted and tickets must be paid in full when picking up.
