Remember When ‘Fishing with John’ Came to Maine with Willem Dafoe?

A show that spanned a handful of episodes made a pit stop in Maine with well known actor Willem Dafoe for a bit of ice fishing.

In the video John and Willem set up a shack on the ice before chilling out to fish. Reportedly John is more of an artist and pretends to know how to fish.

'Fishing with John' was originally produced for the Independent Film Channel. Host John Lurie, best known for roles in 'Stranger Than Paradise' and 'The Last Temptation of Christ', Lurie is also a composer, a saxophonist, the leader of the jazz group the Lounge Lizards, and a painter.
