On this day in 1976, Loretta Lynn hit the No.1 spot on the country chart with “Somebody Somewhere (Don't Know What He's Missin' Tonight).”  Although Loretta enjoyed chart success as a duo with the likes of Conway Twitty, this song would be her tenth to hit the top as a solo artist.
