Caribou Man Arrested for Criminal Attempt & Burglary [PHOTO]
In early November, Caribou Police Department received multiple complaints of suspicious activity, burglary of residences and motor vehicles and attempted burglary.
People also reported seeing a suspicious man walking around, checking door handles and looking into vehicles and residences, said police.
After an investigation, 24-year-old Robert Dobbins from Caribou was arrested on two counts of Criminal Attempt, Burglary (a Class B felony), and Violation of Conditional Release (a Class C felony).
Bail was denied for Dobbins and he was transported to the Aroostook County Jail. His initial court date is scheduled for January 9, 2020.
Officer Eric Depner was the investigating Officer and Sergeant Keith Ouellette aided in Dobbins' arrest.
