Anah Shrine Klowns Bringing ‘Klowns on Parade’ to Presque Isle
The Anah Shrine Klowns will be riding through Presque Isle (town areas), Saturday, April 25.
“Klowns on Parade” are doing a “drive-by funning” in cars at a safe distance. They encourage you to wave from your yard, garage & home windows – no need to come to the road.
