First of all, may I just say that it is a g damn HONOR to have Chris Stapleton's first show in 504 days be with us at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford. Yup, we are his very first stop on his All American Road Show tour which was originally supposed to kick off in 2020 but thanks to a meanie named Covid who hates concerts and fun times, it was postponed.

A listener and dear friend of the station texted this pic to Chio this morning. It was taken at the airfield right near the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. It is believed to be Stapleton and his crew arriving via four private jets (or PJs as the kids call it)

It would make sense that when an artist reaches a certain level of fame, their tour bus days are over. They invest in a faster and more comfortable way of travel. ESPECIALLY when they are embarking on a year long tour. The last day of this tour is July 23rd 2022 in Chicago. Of course he will take off between December and April but still, that's a lot of shows!

I can't help but wonder what those jets look like inside. Do you think each one is equipped with it's own bottle of Tennessee Whiskey? I sure hope so.

Sir Stapleton, If you are reading this: WELCOME TO NEW HAMPSHIRE! We are so excited to help you kick off your tour for the next three nights. We won't let you down!
