Would a 20 Percent Maine Sales Tax On Pot Be Too HIGH?! [POLL]

According to WMTW, the Maine Marijuana Legalization Committee is proposing a 20 percent sales tax on the stuff. Some say that's too high and that it will just pump up the black market. The committee will be holding a public hearing on September 26th. It also looks like the the legislature will try to hold off on the legalization of pot sales until after February.
