Ty Herndon will present the second annual Concert for Love & Acceptance at Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville on June 8. The benefit concert supports at-risk youth, driven by Herndon's desire "to foster positive cultural change and encourage Nashville’s youth to live to their fullest potential."

CMT Top 20 Countdown host Cody Alan will serve as the emcee of the special concert, with the lineup set to be announced in the near future. Past guests include Nashville star Chris CarmackThe Voice runner-up Billy Gilman, Crystal Gayle, Levi Hummon, Meghan Linsey and more. The concert serves as a way to champion for at-risk youth.

Herndon came out publicly as gay in 2014, with Alan also announcing he's gay in late 2016. Gilman came out for the first time publicly on the same day as Herndon.

“I’m very excited to announce our 2nd Concert for Love & Acceptance.  We had so much fun the first time that we had to do it again,” Herndon says in a press release. “We have some amazing artists and celebrities that are coming together to celebrate love and acceptance in Nashville, and we want to be a shining beacon to the rest of this world we are living in.”

Herndon released his latest album, House on Firein November of 2016, which includes the first single "That Kind of Night." The country star launched into fame in the 1990s with No. 1 singles like "What Mattered Most," "Living in the Moment" and "It Must be Love," in addition to achieving several other chart-topping hits over his career.
