Tim McGraw Lends Voice for ‘Blue Collar Millionaires’ Season 2
Tim McGraw is lending his voice to a new season of CNBC's Blue Collar Millionaires. The country superstar will narrate the second season of the television show, which is about working-class men and women who have seen big success working seemingly ordinary jobs.
Consisting of 10 half-hour episodes, Blue Collar Millionaires Season 2 will profile three entrepreneurs in each episode, sharing their experiences of getting rich with their own blood, sweat and tears. From alligator trappers to chimney sweeps to junkyard collectors, each "blue-collar millionaire" has overcome many obstacles and relied on their own hard work to reach their wealth. The show will chronicle the lessons that each of the people profiled has learned, and give viewers a glimpse into how these self-made millionaires spend their time (and money) when they're not working hard.
Season 2 of Blue Collar Millionaires is set to debut on Jan. 4 on CNBC, with back-to-back episodes airing at 10PM ET and 10:30PM ET; the two premiere episodes will feature a multi-million dollar flooring business started by a grade school dropout and a Texas native who made a fortune laying cable. The 10 episodes that McGraw narrates will air through Feb. 22; for more information on the series, visit Blue Collar Millionaires' official Facebook page.
In addition to his narration duties for Blue Collar Millionaires, McGraw will be narrating the upcoming major motion picture The Shack. The country singer also has a role in the film and sings its title song, a special duet with his wife, Faith Hill. In April, McGraw and Hill will kick off their co-headlining Soul2Soul Tour.
