‘The Voice’ Coaches Embody the Rat Pack in Vintage-y New Season Promo
The Voice is gearing up for its Season 14 premiere on Feb. 26, and the ads just keep getting better. For five minutes coaches Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson and Alicia Keys transport viewers to the Las Vegas strip in the 1960s as they embody the famed Rat Pack.
This black and white clip takes place in a jazz club, where Shelton and Levine are sharing the stage for a spirited rendition of Frank Sinatra's "Fly Me to the Moon." They trade jokes, of course, then dive right in to portray Sinatra and Dean Martin. Backed by a live band, the two coaches show off their smooth crooning on the Sinatra hit.
The Voice Moments We'll Never Forget
Clarkson and Keys look on from the audience, all smiles. When the guys are done singing the old-timey song, they invite the ladies up to the stage for a very special version of "Feeling Good." Both Clarkson and Keys shine as their soulful voices soar, accompanied by light piano and a musical arrangement that allows their vocals to be at the forefront of the song.
Here's to hoping more Rat Pack-inspired performances are in this group's future! Season 14 of The Voice premieres Feb. 26 at 8PM ET on NBC.
