The Band Perry are selling their lavish Spanish-inspired mansion in California. The sibling trio consisting of Kimberly, Reid and Neil Perry have listed the home they shared in Thousand Oaks, Calif., for slightly less than $3 million.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home also has one partial bathroom, for a total of 5,625 square feet. Its luxurious amenities include vaulted ceilings and high ceilings throughout, plaster walls, recessed lighting and more. There are multiple private balconies, including one off the living room. There's also plenty of storage space and a wet bar.

The estate boasts five fireplaces: in the bonus room, family room, great room, living room and master bedroom. The exterior of the house is just as spectacular, boasting mountain views and what the listing with Brian Adams at Coldwell Banker describes as "expansive sunset views." There is also a pool, a spa, a grilling area and a courtyard.

In recent years the group have switched from country music to pop music, then back to country, then back to full pop. They released an EP of full-on electronic music, Coordinates, in September of 2018. They released their most recent single, "The Good Life," in July, and they're slated to hit the road for their The Good Life North American Tour beginning Oct. 12 in Charlotte, N.C.
